Special sources confirmed to Deir Ezzor 24, that dealers working in areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor countryside sell the property of residents living outside the province under false papers.

In the details, local sources confirmed that dealers deal with officers in the Assad regime, through forging a power of attorney form show that the owner of the house or the estate gave the broker the right to sell his/her house and that he is free to do any thing.

The source pointed out that the civilians who are owners of a number of houses in different neighborhoods of Al-Mayadeen city east of Deir Ezzor were surprised that they no longer own their houses, and became the property of Iraqi militias under a forged sale contract.

The sources noted that the owners of the houses whose papers the dealers forged in cooperation with the Assad regime’s intelligence are living outside the province and can not return to their city.

According to the sources, the courts in Deir Ezzor countryside, are not scrutinizing in the processes of the adopted power of attorney, considering that they are legal and not problematic, and that is a scheme of a demographic change in the region sponsored by the Assad regime intelligence.

It is noteworthy that the sales of the properties in Deir Ezzor countryside without their owners knowledge is managed by a network of dealers in Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, with full cooperation and facilitation of the Assad regime bodies.
