More than fifty Iranians perform a pilgrimage to Ein Al-Ali shrine near al-Mayadeen

Sources confirmed to D24 network that two days ago, more than 50 Iranians arrived in Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.

The sources said that the Iranians, who were civilians, arrived in Al-Mayadeen to visit Ein Al-Ali area, that Iran gives a great importance to.

The sources confirmed that the so-called “the Iranian pilgrims” visited Ein al-Ali area, sought blessings at the spring in the area, and took a tour near it.

The sources noted that the Iranian-backed Quds force along with the the Iranian Revolutionary Guards protected the Iranian delegation and accompanied it to Ein al-Ali area.

The sources added that it was not known whether the delegation has left al-Mayadeen city or not, noting that the Iranian militias had tightened security around the area.

It is worth mentioning that Iran had rehabilitated Ein al-Ali area near Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, and deployed guards at the spring and the area.

It is noteworthy that it was not the first time that Iranians visited Ein Al-Ali area in Deir Ezzor countryside, as the area had previously been visited by military and security commanders of Iranian forces.
