A source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that the Russian forces are still recruiting young men from Deir Ezzor.

The source noted that the second batch of volunteers from Deir Ezzor have registered to fight in Libya, and were told that they would be contacted when reaching the number required.

The source confirmed that the first registration for fight in Libya took place in Latakia port, and that the people of Deir Ezzor were required to bring official papers of their personal details from their province before registering.

The Russian forces in Deir Ezzor have been luring people from the province with monthly salaries, which as advertised would be more than $2,000 in exchange for their fight in Libya alongside the Russian-backed Haftar forces. It is indicated that Deir Ezzor 24 network had talked about this issue previously.
