The shariah committee , which was tasked with deciding on Hamdan al-Wakaa’s murder that took place in Ash-Shahil town a few days ago, decided that a four-part blood money should be paid to the victim’s family, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
In the details, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said that the shariah committee consisting of Mohammed Yassin al-Rajab (Abu Bakr) and Amer Rakhad al-Qahtan (Abu Majdal), that was formed to decide about the case of the murder of Hamdan al-Wakaa, who was killed by a random shooting in Ash-Shahil town, decided that a blood money of 6 million Syrian pounds must be paid to the victim’s family as following :
A million and a half was imposed on “al-Tallaa” Branch of the tribe
A million and a half on “al-Addad” Branch
A million and a half on “al-Hasan Al-Saleh” Branch
A million and a half on Muhammad al-Ramadan, who belongs to the SDF.
Our correspondent noted that a random shooting took place in Ash-Shahil town a few days ago on the occasion that “Mohammed Ramadan” was released from detention, which led to the death of “Hamdan al-Wakaa” at his home in al-Shabaka neighborhood in Ash-Shahil town, against which, all parties formed a shariah committee to adjudicate the case.
